Our class schedule is currently developing and flexible. Please call to confirm class times before coming in.
Note: Please download a waiver. A waiver is required to participate in any class. If you are under 18 and a parent will not be at the gym with you when you arrive you must bring a signed waiver with you.

CrossFit Foundations Session

13-130 years old

It is required that you attend 5 foundations session prior to jumping into a CrossFit class. We will cover the foundational movements and really get in depth on a few key skills to ensure you are ready to jump into the program. Foundations sessions are scheduled one on one with a trainer so give us a call (415) 250-9710 to schedule your first session. Our primary goal is to help you succeed.



CrossFit Level 1 & 2: 1hr class

13-130 years old

CrossFit is a revolutionary fitness class that will get you in the best overall state of health you have ever been in. CrossFit brings an end to the boring, monotonous workout routine and incorporates fun, challenging ways to stay healthy and fit while developing the highest athletic attributes. For young athletes who want the upper-hand in their sport to older people who simply want to stay active, this system has changed the lives of hundreds of thousands across the U.S.



Gymnastics, Beginning / Intermediate / Advanced:

6-130 Years old

Come learn gymnastics from some of the top instructors in the Bay Area. Whether your goals are just to learn how to move better, or to develop the skills necessary to become a competetive gymnastics we have a fantastic program. Receive top notch instruction in a fun and energetic environment. Gymnastics fundamentals will improve your ability in all athletic endeavors.



CrossFit Street Stunts & Parkour, Beginning/Intermediate:

6-130 years old

CrossFit Street Stunts / Parkour is a class geared towards teaching new ways of fluidly and acrobatically moving through any environment, from running up walls to back flipping off benches, this class has a diverse curriculum and is suitable for ages 12-95.

Pre-school gymnastics/movement education

3-6 years old

Get your kids started right. Building correct foundational movement patterns makes an enormous difference in your child's physical development. Kids will learn how to jump, land, roll and use their bodies as efficiently and effectively as possible.
