The training requirements of youth are different than for adults. Our youth program is put together by a team of trainers with decades of experience coaching children and youth. The focus of this program is to prepare youth for sport and life. A high degree of emphasis on form and kinesthetic awareness will develop movement patterns that will remain with them throughout life.
The program involves gymnastics elements, running, weightlifting, cardiovascular conditioning and more. This broad based approach will develop a base fitness level that will enhance performance in any sport, and allow for competent participation in new activities.
With instructors that really understand how to work with youth on building confidence and a sense of accomplishment participants will learn the relationship between hard work, proper approach and success. These traits will influence other areas of life beyond sport and fitness.
